Blueberry Picking

Blueberry season is one of my most favorite things in the world to do! I think of it and look forward to it all year long.
It is cute to watch the kids and how they have matured and grown over the past year in how they approach and handle blueberry picking. Last year Liliana ate them the whole time and ended up with about 5 blueberries in her bucket and this year she was the hardworking farmhand. She had about 1/3 of a bucket full of blue blueberries. :o)

Last year Noah enjoyed blueberry picking by haning out in the moby wrap while mommy did all the work. This year, he shoved blueberries in his mouth the entire time. He loved it!

They were both perfectly behaved. We went with Bethany, Allie and Levi, Karell, Nkailu, James and his two sisters (don't know their names) and Katie and Jack. We also picked cherries... they were okay. A fun experience.

Jen, you got some great pictures of the day! Looks like so much fun...it IS amazing to compare your experience to just one short year ago and how different the experience is now with the kids older. Man, they grow so FAST!!

I LOVE the picture of Noah with his little bucket around his neck, filling his mouth while his big sister is working hard and looking over her shoulder at him! So sweet!!
