Noah News

Oh, my sweetest Noah... where do I begin? He has been doing so many pricelessly adorable things over the past few weeks, I need to catch up on documenting them.

One day he took the kitchen towel off of the oven handle and brought it into the living room and wiped my mouth with it several times and was very maticulous about it and proud of himself. He was doing what mommy does to him after his meals. :o)

The next day he came into the living room from the kitchen with a giant ladel and was putting it to my mouth to have me taste his imaginary food - again, feeding me just like I feed him.

He is all into being independent at the dinner table. He has been doing this for a couple of months now. He loves to try to feed himself with the spoon.

Here he is drinking from his silver cup that Larry and Lil Volz gave him when he was born.

He is my climber for sure!!! I will make a special post all about that tomorrow with photos and all! Oh, boy - I am looking forward to a busy summer with this guy! :o) I am ready for it and will love every moment!!! So Sweet!

Noah News

My sweetest boy is getting so big! I just wanted to journal a few of the sweet things he is doing lately.

The past few days I have been noticing how he responds so well to simple requests like, "No, Noah, Come here"... he will just look at me and smile and walk over too me. Today he was putting a snoopy fridge magnet in his mouth and I said "Noah, give that to mommy" and I put my hand out to see what he would do and he looked at my hand and took it right out of his mouth and placed it in my hand and smiled. So sweet!

He LOVES to point at stuff around the house and in books and well, everywhere. He is discovering more and more of this big world each new day! :o) He points so cute with his pointer finger and thumb sticking out and does his baby talk to ask about stuff. He is really interacting at a deeper level now. So sweet!

Tonight I was laying on the floor pretending to be at the spa while Liliana drenched me in lotion and Noah noticed the headband I was wearing and he took it off and made a game of trying to put it back on my head. It was sooo cute! He would place it on my head and then smile and laugh! :o) Absolutely Priceless!!!

We are moving tomorrow to a townhome that is 300 square feet larger than the apartment we are in now and even in the business of packing, I find the time to blog and most importantly keep up with enjoying the most precious time spent with our babies! :o) Today, Liliana said she doesn't want to move to the bigger house, she said "I like THIS house!". :o) They actually love the townhome. We brought them over to see it the other day and they LOVED the stairwell. They climbed up and down and laughed. Liliana said it is a mountain.

One more sweet note about Noah before I go to bed... he is sooo sweet and giggly just before he is ready to go to bed. He always has been.

Baby Updates

Noah is working on 4 molars at once - yes, 4! He just doesn't mess around with those teeth! He did the same thing with his last 4! He has eight now and working on 4 more!

Noah is DONE with his pacifier! Yes, as of about 5 days ago - he just turned his head and made a face when I tried to give it to him a couple of times. Now I just have to get Liliana to give hers up... uhhh.... hmmm... :o)

Noah ia a total walking dude now! :o) Today at church he walked into Guest Central and was just checking the place out and then I grabbed his hand to walk him out and I had one of those moments... this one was where I just thought and said to myself... "one day he may be a pastor walking into this room". I love those sweet moments. :o)

Baby Updates

Well, our big boy is walking more and more. He has been taking steps for about 6 weeks now, but has been taking his time. Now you will see him walk from one room to the next. I love how he is just so content. He is his own person and does not seem to be swayed much at all by those around him. Like with the walking... he is just doing his thing at his own pace. He is so steady and sweet and secure. :o)

They are so close... they seem like twins to me... they have such a sweet bond. They play together, laugh together and just follow each other around. This blesses my heart more than words can say!!!!!!

I gave Liliana the last few bites of my Lean Cuisine one day and this is what I found on the table beside her... an artist is an artist!
Liliana and Elmo taking a nap on our bed... what is so cute is that she put him there and they both started out on their backs and when I later came into the room, they were both laying on their side and she was asleep... so sweet!!!
