New Believer's Retreat 2011 Part 1

I FEEL LIKE A PRINCESS!

I have SO MUCH to blog about, but I need to get to bed because we leave for the New Beleiver's Retreat in the morning and I am preaching tomorrow night and Sunday... so I better get some sleep, it is 12:26 a.m. right now... ahh! :)

I had to at least post a photo pic of the day before I went to bed... Here it is... Donnie covered all mommy duties for me this evening after dinner and was the most charming wonderful husband EVER in his handling of things... he waited on me with such love and desire to help me and cheer me on... HE IS MY LIFE CHEERLEADER and I am SO BLESSED to have him!!!!! Here is the a photo of how Elia fell asleep tonight in Donnie's arms...

Memorial Day! :)

Elia in her kiddie pool for the first time! AWE! She wasn't tooo thrilled about it... probably cuz the water was freeezing...

The older 2 had a blast for hours on the slip-n-slide!

Early in the day Liliana and I went to Old Navy and had too much fun... notice Noah's new swim trunks and flip-flops and Liliana's flip flops to the left of him... she and I got matching ones!

Liliana started the day off by pulling some fabric out to dress the three of them up in new outfits...?? hehe!!! :) see Elia standing there in the background with the fabric draped on her like a cape... so cute!!!

Grandma, this is what Elia looked like just before I woke her up to go to church that evening... remember, we were on the phone... AWE!

Noah had just woken up and was still sleepy...

At bedtime... Love these hand-me-down clothes from Emma! :)

Daddy recently got a Droid phone so the new fun thing for the kids is to lay with daddy for about half an hour and play games on his phone... they look forward to this all day! :)

The Sweetest Things!

The other day Noah prayed this over our Reese's Peanut Butter Cereal breakfast:

"Mommy, what should we pray about?... Casey.... Dear Jesus, please help Casey to not be scared in the pool and help me to build her a house and help it to not break and help it to be a purple house..... Amen."

Yesterday on the way to church Noah was looking up at the bright sunny sky asking how come he can't see God... Liliana and I were telling him about where God is, in our hearts and everywhere and wayyy up in heaven past the sun and then Noah looked over at his bike in the van and said "I need to get a new bike that haves two seats and I can take Jesus out of my heart and he can sit on one seat and I can sit on the other seat." AWE!!! I am sure that If Jesus were here in the flesh He would be delighted beyond expression to ride a bike with His sweet little Noah! :)

Good Morning or Good Afternoon... :)

She loves this tractor. I have never seen an 8 month old with such good balance... watch out Rodeo - her comes Elia Jolie! :) haha! Look at Noah in the background... He takes basketball very seriously! Love it! He practiced trying to dribble the ball for like an hour today... so cute! I have a video of it. Liliana was at Auntie Joy's this afternoon playing with Emma... She was SO happy to see Elia when she got home!! She did not want to go to bed that night cuz she was going to miss Elia and she said "I Love Elia tooo much!!!" :)

Liliana slept in her leotard with her swimsuit underneath in anticipation of yard work and pool time the next day...


Noah ate and ate and ate at dinner that evening... growing boy!

Thursday, May 26th

Off to Home Depot the Capps 5 went.... 2 Rododendrums, 2 Hydrangeas, 2 Blueberry bushes, and some annuals... Lots of fun, hard yard work! :)

Mid-day break for us... Daddy worked through...

Our neighbor friends did not know what they were in for when they turned the corner to our backyard.... Rosie "fell" down in the pool and it was all over! :) We ended up getting Little Ceasars and had a fun time! :)

Friday, May 27th

Donnie off a second day in a row... in honor of Memorial day since he is off on Mondays normally... We hit Forest Park Zoo... Liliana LOVES those animals!!!

Liliana is the BEST Big Sister! She is always coming up with fun ways to entertain her siblings... Noah doesn't always buy into her ideas but Elia Loves every bit of it! Here is Elia in her toy basket from the office... Liliana was pulling her around the house in it... All grins from Elia! :)

Fun with the neighbor kids on their trampoline! We LOVE our neighborhood! So many great, sweet young families, mostly Christian. :)

Can't believe I am putting this picture in here, but it was a super sweet moment on the blanket with the 3 kiddos... Noah put Liliana's shades on my face and was feeding me pretzels... see the reflection of him in the lense right lense and see the pretzel on the bottom left of the photo...

I mowed the lawn for the first time in my life that day! I have always been super allergic to grass until now... I have no probs with it! So fun! Well after a long time outside, Donnie had Noah spray down his bike, which ended up in 2 soaked kids and a sprayed down Daddy! So great to hear the kids laughing and having fun!
