Our SWEET Noah

It all began 3 days ago the morning before church... Noah took to one of Liliana's baby dolls and claimed her as his own... his "baby Elia" or his "baby Jack Capps"...
He brought her to church and into his Toddler class...
For lunch we brought some guest ministers out to Olive Garden, baby in tow...
Noah snuggling his baby sister! Oh, how he LOVES her! He is smitten!
When Noah realizes his baby is not with him, off he goes to find her...

...and lay her down in her bed (Elia's changing table)...

...he tucks her in so sweet... well, piles tons of blanket on top of her... I taught him how her face needs to show so she can breathe. hehe

He also has a fascination with food and cooking. He always wants to help me in the kitchen, which I love! Here he is cutting up cheese with a butter knife for me... his ears plugged with music, of course!

Here he and his baby are in Elia's bouncy seat.

Our music boy, plugged in with tunes and playing the drums... love those "drum-sticks"!

Sharing tunes with baby sister! He says that "she wants songs" and "she likes musics".

150% BOY... but equally as sweet! Love you Sweet Noah! xoxo

Our SWEET 8 Week Old Elia

This Tuesday Elia turned 8 weeks old! Wow! She seems like such a big girl now! For about the past 3 weeks she has been standing a lot, she loves to sit upright in your lap and look around and loves to have big long conversations full of "oohs, ohs, awes, goos, goes," and many other cute sounds! She is a great sleeper, a great napper and just the sweetest most content baby girl in the whole wide world!
One day last week as she and I were snuggling on the couch as everyone else napped one hour led to the next of us just starring and talking to each other. It was such a sweet time because our love for each other seemed equal in that she was starring at me with the same amazement I had for her. AWE! That day she was in a "want to be held" mode and before I knew it she had pretty much been in my arms for 5 or 6 hours straight!
She is also a BIG TIME social bug! She loves going to church and looking at all the people and sucking up all the "oohs and awes" everyone gives her! My friend Tami Grosvenor held her behind the cafe counter and enjoyed lots of smiles and a big story from our girl! Too cute!
Liliana and Noah have such a deep love for Elia and often times fight over her attention.

Aunt Patsy had the camera for the whole day so she wasn't in many pictures... wish we had more with her and us together!

Elia was sleeping in her carseat...
