Casey's POOL!

We meet up with Casey at her POOL at least once or twice a week... Over the past 2 or 3 visits, Liliana has been SWIMMING without a floatie!!! She has been swimming under water and diving in from the steps like a dolphin and just a BEAUTIFUL SWIMMER!!! In watching Liliana, Noah gained confidence to do the same and he soon took of his floatie and last night just started SWIMMING too... head under, swimming! :) Manny, then followed in Noah's path and went through 3 phases yesterday, shedding the layers to become a swimmer, just the same! It was a very "magical" evening for Casey and I to watch our kids swimming in such a way last night... a beautiful and oh, so SPECIAL evening of MILESTONES!

Here are a couple of photos of us in the pool today... it was 101 degees out, feeling like 106, but we did it for the kids! Whew! :)

The Luxuries of Renting

Having an indoor pool and hot-tub are two luxuries we would not have to break up the winter routine if we owned a home...something that I wanted really badly a year ago. Now, we love where we live and are absolutely blessed beyond measure!!! Thank You, Jesus!

Noah is so funny, he reminds us of little man in how we goes straight to the hot-tub all by himself. I think he feels it is more his size. Awe!!!

The lockers are definitely a big part of the routine! The whole experience, from suiting up to drying off and getting home is definitely a great calorie-burner for me...which I need right now! :o)

We go swimming about once a week and I finally brought my camera so I can blog it!
