Bedtime

Wecome 2010!
Wooh!
I am enjoying playing with my new camera Daddy got me. I think I have learned that the thing that makes the most difference in photos is Photoshop...not necessarily the camera...I may be way wrong...but learning! :o) I love photoshop! Fun!
I don't mind the cold of winter, as I am pretty warm natured, except for the days it is below 20 degrees because I don't like taking the kids out in that kind of cold. The one thing I miss the most is OUTDOOR PHOTOS...they are so much better and more natural looking. It is hard to take photos in our house, especially downstairs because the walls are all GREEN...HA! I do love my green walls though...but they DON'T help photos - at all! Ha!

Seranading Noah

Here is our night - night routine:
Daddy helps when he is home, this helps it go much smoother.
He helps Liliana brush her teeth and gets her pj's on while I change Noah's diaper and get him cozied up for bed... he is still nursing... I am weaning him... so I think! Ha!
Daddy tucks Liliana in and we coach her through her bedtime prayers and pray over her and Noah and sometimes we sing "Jesus Loves Me"
Daddy gives her a big hug and kiss and leaves the room and then I lay Noah down, give Liliana a big hug and kisses on the cheek and sneak out quietly to not disturb Noah from falling to sleep.

Well, we have embarked on a new routine last night. Noah is now at an age where he is not so easily distracted from falling asleep... we don't have to tiptoe and whisper so much. I laid Noah down last night and Daddy came over to pat him, pray over him and love on him and then just lead into singing "Jesus Loves Me", so I joined in and he LOVED it. He just laid there looking at us in amazement as if to express "wow guys, this is so special, I love it". He batted his eyes, smiled and sweetly giggled while he laid there as we sang. We then said another "Nite-nite" to them both, left the room and basked in the sweet experience we just had with Noah. Wow! Donnie commented on it continually, it was a very special moment for us!
